1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide your Order ID and the email address associated with the purchase.
  • The license must not have been transferred, shared, or used by another person or organization.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by the original purchaser.

2. Technical or Compatibility Issues

If you experience a technical problem, compatibility issue, or unexpected behavior with a bPlugins product, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund.

Our support team will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to help resolve it.

If the issue cannot be resolved within the applicable refund period, you may submit a refund request for consideration.

Please note that compatibility can sometimes depend on factors outside our control, including your WordPress version, theme, hosting environment, server configuration, or other installed plugins.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your Order ID and purchase email address.  
  3. Select or describe the reason for your refund request.  
  4. Submit the refund request form. 

You may also contact our support team with your Order ID and the reason for your refund request.

We may contact you for additional information if necessary to review your request. 

4. Refund Review and Processing

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of the decision.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days.

After the refund is issued, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In most cases, this may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases or charges are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
  • Custom development or other separately agreed services.
  • Renewal charges, where applicable.
  • Upgrade fees, where applicable.
  • Purchases made using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Licenses that have been transferred or shared in violation of our licensing terms.

Refund requests based solely on user error may also be declined when the product is functioning as described and the issue results from incorrect configuration, unsupported usage, or failure to follow the product documentation.

6. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product or license more than once, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances and whether the additional license has been used.

7. After a Refund Is Issued

Once a refund is approved and processed:

  • The refunded license may be deactivated or revoked.
  • Access to Pro features, premium updates, and premium support associated with the refunded license may be discontinued.
  • You should stop using the refunded Pro product/license.

Any changes will be published on this page. The refund policy applicable to your purchase will generally be the policy in effect at the time of your purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
