Settings Overview

Let’s see a quick Settings Overview of the Htlm5 Audio plugin, after installing it on your WordPress sites.

Navigate to the Html5 Audio Player > Settings.

You will see there are some settings, such as-

• Quick Player
• Color
• Custom CSS
• Player Translation
• Search Form
• Settings
• and Single Play Button Only.

Click on any of the options and customize it as you want.

Quick Player

Select the Quick Player from settings you can use the quick shortcode to display the audio player quickly. Just add the audio URL in the shortcode.

Also, you can change the settings for the quick player.

1. Repeat: Two options are available. Once or Loop. You can choose according to your needs.
2. Muted: Turn on if you want the video output to be muted.
3. Width: Set the player width. Height will be calculated based on the value. Left 100% for the responsive player.
4. Seek Time: The time, in seconds, to seek when a user hits fast forward or rewind. The default value is 10 sec.
5. Auto Play: Turn on if you want video will start playing as soon as it is ready. autoplay policy
6. Controls Button: show/hide the controls buttons such as Restart, Rewind, Play, Fast Forwards, Progressbar, Duration, Current Time, Mute Button, Volume Control, Setting Button, Download Button
7. Preload: Specify how the video file should be loaded when the page loads.

Color, Custom CSS & Player Translation

Go to Color from Settings, to set Primary, Hover, and Background Color.

Custom CSS

Select Custom CSS from Settings. Here you can write Custom Style.

Player Translation

Go to Player Translation from Settings, you will see the translation settings to set the labels in your preferred languages or in your preferred text.

You can change Restart, Rewind {seektime}s, Play, Pause, forward {seektime}s, Seek, {currentTime} of {duration}, Played, Buffered, Current time, Duration, Volume, Mute, Unmute, Enable captions, Disable captions, Download, Enter fullscreen, Exit fullscreen, Player for {title}, Captions, Settings, PIP, Go back to previous menu, Speed, Normal, Quality, Loop, Start, End, All, Reset, Disabled, Enabled, and Ad label from here.

Note: Please don’t touch any text between round brackets {}, those are dynamic variables eg: {currentTime}

Search Form

Go to Search Form from Settings. Copy the shortcode and place where want to display the Search Form. Also, you can set the width and placeholder for the form.

Settings

Select Settings. Set Speed for Audio Player. And enable/disable Multiple audios at the same time.
